1. Construction of a French Chateau style estate home at the Town of Milton ($2,800,000)
   We were privileged to work with our client to construct his dream French Chateau style estate home in the Town of Milton. Our company was responsible for hiring the required technical expertise which include architect, engineers, and contractors; obtain building permits, electrical permits, and revision permits; lead technical meetings with Conservation Halton, Town of Milton, and site inspectors; design and install a new onsite sewage treatment system using advanced treatment unit; decommission of drinking water well; and manage contractors, demolition, renovation, pavement, and landscaping works.
